A global technology company in France is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage the quoting process and support account managers. This position requires fluency in English and experience with CRM/SAP tools. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and be comfortable in a multicultural team environment. Qualifications

  • Completion of commercial and/or technical training is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential for communication.
  • Experience working with global customers is strongly preferred.

Your impactful role :

Responsibilities
  • Enable smooth order flow : Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ to order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination.
  • Be the first point of contact : Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving.
  • Secure competitive deals : Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure contract accuracy : Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance.
  • Accelerate product adoption : Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial and/or technical training/study
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge in CRM / SAP
  • Work experience dealing with global customers
  • Demonstrated analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in multicultural environments
  • Teamwork and relationship building skills
