Responsibilities

Join our Team as Inside Sales Specialist ! ?

Your impactful role :

  • Enable smooth order flow: Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination.

  • Be the first point of contact: Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving.

  • Secure competitive deals: Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability.

  • Ensure contract accuracy: Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance.

  • Accelerate product adoption: Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications :

  • Completed commercial and/or technical training/study
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge in CRM/SAP
  • Work experience dealing with global customers
