Overview

As part of our ongoing organizational development, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to play a key role in supporting the transformation of our Montargis industrial site.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational responsibilities, providing direct support to the site’s management team and Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the site management team, you will oversee all HR-related matters and drive initiatives that support both business performance and employee development. Your main duties will include:

  • Partnering with management to develop collective and managerial performance.
  • Supporting Executive Committee members in addressing human and organizational challenges.
  • Deploying the group’s HR policies at a local level, including training, mobility, recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC), and HR development.
  • Designing and implementing skills development and talent management initiatives to strengthen future capabilities.
  • Acting as a change agent, fostering a positive culture and driving organizational improvements.
Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven HR professional with the following profile:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR development, including managerial coaching, skills management, and HR steering.
  • Ability to influence leadership teams and drive change effectively.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrates maturity, stability, and strong commitment to organizational success.
  • Willingness to consider medium-term mobility within the group, either in France or internationally.
