JustRelate Group is a software vendor with offices in France, Germany, and Poland, serving over 650 B2B customers—including major enterprises and public sector institutions. Our 200 team members build and sell SaaS solutions that form a powerful Customer Engagement Platform. This includes CRM, DXP, Marketing Automation, and Email Builder tools.

As HR Manager France, you’ll oversee HR operations for our 40‑person French team, while being an active part of a 200‑person international group.

You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager France and work closely with the group’s recruiters and external social partners. This is a key role offering both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities in a dynamic, growing company.

Responsibilities

Payroll & HRIS Management

  • Manage payroll via Lucca and Silae, in collaboration with an external payroll partner.
  • Oversee time tracking, absences, benefits, and related HRIS tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.

Personnel Administration

  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding / offboarding, and employee records.
  • Update and maintain HR documentation and policies.
  • Manage benefits administration (healthcare, leave, remote work, etc.).

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the group’s Talent Acquisition team on hiring processes.
  • Participate in interviews and support candidate experience.
  • Create and implement onboarding processes for new hires.

Social Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as HR point of contact for employee representatives and CSE.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and coordinate audits.
  • Manage health & safety obligations and mandatory training.

Organizational Development

  • Support managers with performance reviews and employee growth plans.
  • Help improve HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Foster employee engagement and inclusion.
  • Coordinate and support internal employee engagement events (breakfast, Summer party, Christmas party,...).
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR generalist experience in an SME or fast‑paced company.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient with HR tools like Lucca and Silae (or similar systems).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and people‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience in an international or group structure is a strong plus.
