A company revolutionizing the food industry is looking for an HR Operations Manager to ensure effective administration and operational compliance in Avignon. This role involves managing people administration, vendor negotiations, and workplace operations. Candidates should have solid experience in HR operations, strong knowledge of French labor law, and excellent problem-solving skills. The position offers a competitive salary of €38k to €42k based on experience, alongside a bonus scheme and a flexible working model after the first month.
As an HR Operations Manager, you are the owner of administrative execution, workplace operations, and People-related reliability across Hubcycle.
This role sits at the core of the company’s operations.
You ensure that administrative and workplace processes work, scale, stay compliant, and stay on budget, in France and internationally.
You are the person who makes sure nothing slips, nothing breaks, and nothing is left ambiguous.
This is a highly operational, execution-driven role.
You are not here to design abstract HR frameworks that never get deployed, or culture initiatives that never reach the ground.
You will be part of the People function, working closely with the leadership team and all department heads.
You will interact daily with Finance, Operations and Legal partners, and coordinate with external providers (payroll, legal advisors, benefits).
This role requires strong transversal collaboration and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining high standards.
