We’re on a mission to become the go-to destination for students across Europe to find a trusted home away from home. We make every move simple and seamless, so students can focus on what really matters: studying, exploring, and growing in their new city.
With HousingAnywhere, Kamernet, and Studapart under our roof, we’re proud to be Europe’s largest mid‑term rental platform. And we’re just getting started.
Our international teams are driven by a shared purpose: to empower students to embrace change, unlock their potential, and shape a world without borders.
You’ll find us in Rotterdam, Paris, and Cergy, working across cultures and time zones, always guided by our four core values.
Our People Team consists of 9 team members who focus on HR, Recruitment, IT and Office Management areas. We work closely with each other to make the team members' journey as great as we can, providing an incredible experience in our locations in the Netherlands and France.
The team is located in Rotterdam and works closely with our colleagues in Paris and Cergy. In this role, you'll be a key link between locations and help ensure smooth collaboration and operations.
You play a crucial role in the entire team members' lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), while also overseeing day‑to‑day office operations and company events.
You will initiate every team member’s lifecycle by being their first point of contact and will continue with carrying out diverse administrative tasks. From maintaining accurate people data to drafting HR documents, executing HR processes, scheduling medical appointments and administering benefits, and supporting works council administration.
You’ll manage and be the main face of our offices in France! This includes day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly (kitchen supplies, mail, etc.), coordinating with vendors and inventory management.
We’ll need your creativity to organise internal company events, assist with external events and collaborate in our monthly HR newsletter.
