The team

Our People Team consists of 9 team members who focus on HR, Recruitment, IT and Office Management areas. We work closely with each other to make the team members' journey as great as we can, providing an incredible experience in our locations in the Netherlands and France.

The team is located in Rotterdam and works closely with our colleagues in Paris and Cergy. In this role, you'll be a key link between locations and help ensure smooth collaboration and operations.

Your role

You play a crucial role in the entire team members' lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), while also overseeing day‑to‑day office operations and company events.

You will initiate every team member’s lifecycle by being their first point of contact and will continue with carrying out diverse administrative tasks. From maintaining accurate people data to drafting HR documents, executing HR processes, scheduling medical appointments and administering benefits, and supporting works council administration.

You’ll manage and be the main face of our offices in France! This includes day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly (kitchen supplies, mail, etc.), coordinating with vendors and inventory management.

We’ll need your creativity to organise internal company events, assist with external events and collaborate in our monthly HR newsletter.

Your profile
  • Native in French and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of local legal regulations (social and labor law).
  • 2‑5 years of administrative experience within HR. Experience in office management is a plus.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes is a plus.
  • Proactive and hands‑on mentality to take on last‑minute tasks and support colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure internal processes are executed accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused mindset for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player who can work with diverse colleagues towards shared goals.
  • You have a growth mindset; you stay curious, enjoy learning HR best practices and welcome feedback.
  • Comfortable with data entry and Google Workspace, and you learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong sense of integrity and maintain company/private information confidentiality.
