We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team, located at our offices in Paris or Lyon (hybrid). As an HR Manager at ICON, you will play a key role in overseeing HR operations and providing strategic guidance on people-related initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in promoting a positive, inclusive work culture and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing and supporting HR activities, in particular employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Partnering with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and industry regulations across the organization.
  • Build strong relations with Works Council and Employee Representatives.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to drive strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in HR management, especially employee relations preferably within a large or global organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment that supports employee growth and well-being.
