This includes managing recruitment, internal mobility, career development, and employee retention. The role also involves handling disciplinary processes, payroll reliability, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager coordinates with occupational health services, manages temporary staffing, and supports company-provided services.
