Your Impact

Reporting to the HR Director for France and Massey Ferguson Europe Middle East, you will play a central role as a Business Partner in supporting teams and leading HR projects:

  • Supporting managers in international teams: advising, coaching, skills development, performance evaluation, and compensation.
  • Managing employees throughout their journey.
  • Talent management: recruitment, onboarding, mobility, training, career management, and succession planning.
  • Participating in strategic Group HR Projects: engagement, employer branding, diversity, organizational evolution, process improvement, and HR performance KPIs, QWL (Quality of Work Life).
  • Social relations: active participation in social dialogue.
  • International collaboration: regular exchanges with group HR teams.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in generalist HR, ideally in an international industrial environment.
  • Education: Higher education in HR.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strategic vision and hands-on approach.
    • Leadership, listening, and ability to unite teams.
    • Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset.
    • Interest in multicultural environments and transformation projects.
