A leading insurance firm in Paris is looking for an HR Intern to support the integration of over 300 employees after a recent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a Bac+4/5 education in HR or management, excellent communication skills in French and English, and proficiency in office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Role based in Paris (occasional remote) - our office is located in Paris in the 2nd arr.
As an HR Intern, you will support the team in integrating over 300 employees following the acquisition of a competing company, while contributing to the structuring and digitalization of HR processes (HRIS, communication, internal projects). This role will have a key impact on the success of post-M&A onboarding, the operational efficiency of the HR function, and team cohesion in a transformative context.
