The Role:

We seek a talented and experienced 'Hotel Director'.

Description Brief:

The Hotel Director is responsible for the overall guest experience across all service areas on the vessel. This encompasses leading the Hotel Department, ensuring smooth and flawless operations, coordinating safety and maintenance procedures with ship management, managing hotel inventory, and driving revenue growth through initiatives such as Spa, Boutique, and shore excursion sales. The Director will oversee all financial aspects, set and monitor KPIs for all operational areas, and consistently strive to exceed guest expectations while adhering to Scenic Owners' philosophy and company standards.

• Proven financial acumen combined with a strong guest service orientation.
• Prior luxury shipboard experience is mandatory.
• Communication & Language:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
  • Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.
