A global logistics and shipping company is seeking a Head of Partnerships in Marseille to lead its partnership strategy, enhance collaboration with startups and corporate partners, and drive co-innovation initiatives. This role involves building strategic relationships, organizing global events, and facilitating business opportunities to maximize mutual value creation.

ZEBOX performs this support work for the benefit of the growth of innovative companies within its Club, aiming to mature the supported innovations considering their potential for collaboration with the CMA CGM Group's business sectors and ZEBOX's Partners.
The Head of Partnerships is responsible for designing and executing ZEBOX's partnership strategy with industrial, institutional, and financial stakeholders. This role ensures that value is created for both the startups supported by ZEBOX and its corporate ecosystem. Acting as a key connector, the Head of Partnerships strengthens global co-innovation initiatives and aligns partner interests with ZEBOX's strategic ambitions.
Proactively identify and engage potential partners through ZEBOX's ecosystem and Steering Committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Guide candidates through the partnership journey, from initial engagement to the establishment of long‑term collaborations. Lead discussions to formalize strategic agreements, ensuring well‑structured commitments and effective follow‑up to maximize mutual value creation.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers. Position ZEBOX as a central catalyst for innovation and co‑creation.
Drive and structure Industrial Committees, bringing together partners, experts, and startups to identify needs, share insights, and co‑define innovation roadmaps.
By facilitating connections with ZEBOX corporate partners. Enable growth through sell‑to collaborations as well as sell‑through models, leveraging third‑party partnerships when relevant, in coordination with ZEBOX.
Lead the organization of Partner Days across all ZEBOX hubs worldwide (Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa, Caribbean) to foster visibility, engagement, and collaborative innovation.
Facilitate business connections and B2B opportunities between corporate partners and startups, driving high‑value collaborations.
