As Head of Membership & Community, you will be responsible for building and growing a high-value, high-engagement membership program targeted at C-level executives, founders, investors, and thought leaders in the blockchain, Web3, and emerging tech space. Your mission is to turn our event audiences into a year-round global community, driving recurring revenue, engagement, and brand loyalty.
You will own the full strategy and execution of the membership business line – from value proposition, content programming and community design, to pricing, acquisition, and retention.
