Role Overview :

The Head of Fund Sales will lead the sales team and drive business development efforts across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, expanding distribution, and positioning the firm’s funds to a sophisticated investor audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the fund sales team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand penetration among institutional investors, IAMs, and family offices across Europe.
  • Promote and distribute the firm’s convertible bond funds and overlay strategies.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant European regulations and legal standards in investment calculations and reporting for institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, marketing, and product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in fund sales leadership, ideally within asset management.
  • Deep understanding of convertible bonds, overlay strategies, and broader cross-asset solutions.
  • Established network with European institutional investors, IAMs, and family offices.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and results-oriented.
