Report to: 50% to Group CIO / CISO, Europe CIO; 50% Corporate CIO
Functional Links: Segment CIOs, Group Finance, Group Procurement, EPO, Legal, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Internal IT Delivery Partners (BCoE, AM Digital Consulting, AM Sistemas)
Working Location: Europe-based
Mission of the Candidate: The Head of Europe IT and Corporate IT Controlling acts as a strategic leader and financial steward for IT across ArcelorMittal’s operations. This role ensures transparency, optimization, and governance of IT costs and investments across Flat Europe, Long Europe, AMDS, and Corporate IT, as well as consolidation and tracking IT Financials for the rest of the ArcelorMittal. The candidate will bridge technical and financial domains, enabling CIOs and executive leadership to make informed, value-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in IT financial management or controlling roles, preferably in multinational or matrix organizations.
English (mandatory)
French or other European languages are a plus.
