Un cabinet de management basé près de Paris recherche un manager de transition pour le poste de Head of Controlling. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des clôtures mensuelles, du budget et de l'implémentation des nouveaux processus. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience en management dans un environnement multinational, maîtriser SAP et parler couramment français et anglais. Poste basé en Île-de-France, disponible de janvier à mars 2024.

Qualifications

• Expérience comme contrôleur (international) dans un environnement multinational.
• Gestion d'une équipe internationale.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la clôture mensuelle des comptes (coordination, consolidation, reporting).
• Assurer la qualité des données et du reporting.
• Préparer le budget et les prévisions.
• Coordonner le processus de recharge mondiale.

Overview

Le cabinet ALCANDRE cherche un manager de transition HEAD OF CONTROLLING (h/f).

Poste basé proche Paris ouest.

Durée 3 mois, de janvier à fin mars 2024 (éventuellement extensible).

Périmètre international 10 000p. Management d'une équipe de 7 personnes (France & international).

Position of Head of Global Structures Controlling.

ERP deployed is SAP 4-HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Monthly End Closing (coordination, consolidation, comments, proposition, and reporting).
• Ensure the quality of the data management and the reporting in the consolidation tool.
• Prepare the budget and the outlook.
• Prepare the Global Structures Reviews.
• Coordinate the Global Recharges process in compliance with the Group rules.
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new processes, systems and standards.
• Key contact for the Group controlling team.
• Main contact for the Head of Global Functions.

Your profile

Educated to degree/academic level in Finance.

Work Experience:

• Senior controller
• Experience as (international) controller in industry or commerce in a multinational environment
• Experience of working with SAP represents a distinct advantage.
• Management of an international team.
• Fluent French and English (other languages a plus) and strong computer skills
