️ What You’ll Do

You will own the overall voice of the company, moving with speed between strategy and execution.

Corporate communications

  • Shape and tell Rail Europe’s story for media, industry stakeholders and partners.

  • Support the executive team on high-visibility topics and leadership narrative.

Internal communications

  • Build simple, effective tools and cadences that connect a diverse, remote-first team.

  • Strengthen culture with clear messages, rituals and updates.

External & earned media

  • Grow positive coverage across markets through press, influencers and KOLs.

  • Turn complex Product & Tech topics (SEO, payments, providers) into bold, simple stories.

  • Co-create campaigns with Growth, Marketing and B2B teams to support business goals.

Team leadership

  • Manage the PR Lead (and a possible junior).

  • Set priorities, give ownership and keep quality high with simple processes.
