Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations and maintenance management.
• Strong skills in TPM, troubleshooting, and team coaching.
• Automotive industry background preferred.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead succession planning, coaching, and talent development.
• Improve OEE and reduce scrap.
• Implement 5S across production and office areas.
• Drive TPM and preventive maintenance improvements.
• Lead MES, VSM, and data visualization projects.
