A global diagnostics leader is seeking a Global TA Functional Lead to shape and define the Talent Acquisition workflow. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across multiple regions, with a strong track record in operations and process design. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency across TA processes and translating operational needs into functional requirements within HR systems. This role is crucial to the integration of Talent Acquisition into the broader HR ecosystem.

We are embarking on a major global project to bring all Talent Acquisition teams into a single ATS platform, harmonise our TA processes worldwide, decommission our US legacy system, and improve the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Global TA Functional Lead— a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert who can turn TA operational realities into a unified global process model, represent recruiters’ needs across regions, and help ensure consistency between our future ATS and the broader HR systems environment.

As the Global TA Functional Lead, you will be the functional backbone of our global Talent Acquisition HRIS landscape. You won’t manage the project — we have a full PM structure for that — but you will define what the ATS must enable from a Talent Acquisition perspective and ensure TA is consistently represented across all related HR systems.

Beyond the implementation project, you will also contribute to the RUN side of our TA ecosystem.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, platforms, and technology providers.
