A leading solar PV company is seeking a Sales Manager to design and execute sales strategies across various regions, including France. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing quotes. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work remotely, fluently speaking English and possibly other languages.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar PV industry, preferably with mounting or balance-of-system products.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and closing multi-year supply agreements.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

  • Design and execute a country-specific sales plan aligned with regional targets.
  • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and referrals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from contact to contract signature.
