A leading spirits company in France is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for Education & Advocacy. This role involves developing training materials and strategies to enhance brand engagement within the bartender community. Candidates should have at least 5 years of marketing experience in the prestige segment or wine & spirits, along with fluent English and French skills. The position offers full-time employment with the option to work from home two days a week, along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the prestige segment and/or wine & spirits sector.
• Fluency in both English and French.

• Set the strategy, develop educational programs and training materials.
• Manage and nurture the relationship with our global Master Mixologist.
• Plan and organize the Martell Global bartender summit.
