A leading insurance company is seeking a Claims Manager to manage bodily injury and property damage claims across Europe. The role requires solid experience in claims management and a strong command of litigation. Candidates must possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with professional English as mandatory. This position allows for full remote work within France and offers a permanent contract in a fast-growing insurtech environment.

Join Wakam’s Claims Squad – International. The team manages claims for programs operated under Freedom of Services across Europe, in partnership with BPOs (claims management delegates). Our mission: ensure rigorous, compliant, and customer‑focused claims handling while securing technical results.
Manage a portfolio of bodily injury and property damage claims (amicable & litigation) across multiple countries, oversee and challenge key actions carried out by our BPOs, and contribute to the launch of new international partnerships.
