Job Description

Your role will involve managing the general accounting and ensuring the completion and accuracy of all accounting and tax entries for 3 French entities.

What it means on a daily basis

Accounting:

• Record, reconcile and analyse general ledger accounts
• Review and approve supplier invoices

Treasury:

• Manage bank transactions and intercompany related bank operations
• Reconcile banks and handle multi-currency operations

Tax:

• Prepare and file various tax declarations (TVA / CVAE / IS / DAS2…) and reportings for the Banque of France
• Prepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid software

Month-end closing:

• Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entities

Procedure:

• Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational procedures

As a General Accountant, you will be working with the Accounting Team and report to the Accounting Manager.
