Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) Department Head located in Saint-Ouen, France.
You will join the Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) product line as France RAM Department Head to lead and manage RAM discipline & a team of 20 RAM engineers located on Saint-Ouen & Villeurbanne sites.
You will be in charge to identify & develop strategies to maximize RAM performance & positively influence the design choices of our products & technical solutions to integrate resilience into our decision core, and that to ensure that our approach & decisions integrate RAM principles into every stage.
For that, you will be accountable of RAM discipline over the lifecycle phases and you will ensure that the choices and decisions are implemented to satisfy regulations, Customers’ requirements & needs, but also Alstom RAM principles.
In this role, you will report directly to the D&IS RAM Director and you will be assigned to the France Engineering Director to whom you will report as dotted line.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Internally, you will interface with the Projects and Programs Core teams, the Engineering disciplines leaders (System, Hardware, Software, Verification & Validation, etc.), but also with the Cybersecurity, Safety, Tenders, Sourcing, Installation, Warranty & Maintenance teams.
You will also be in contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, and with the worldwide D&IS RAM community.
