A leading marketing firm in Boulogne-Billancourt seeks a Master’s-level student for an Apprenticeship or Internship position in Finance. The Opportunity

As part of the Europe Finance team, you will work closely with the FP&A Controller and the FP&A Director. The Finance team plays a key role in consolidating results from the various European countries, preparing and sending a wide range of reports to the US headquarters, and providing daily support to country managers and functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of personnel expenses and other administrative costs
• Average pricing analyses based on customer mix, product type and country
• Production of workforce‑ and personnel cost‑related analyses and KPIs by function
• Development of automated analysis tools (dashboards, KPIs)
• Taking part in the Forecast, Budget, and monthly reporting processes

Responding to Group requests

• Acting as an interface between Finance and Sales teams on specific revenue topics (digital solutions, bookings)
• Supporting the accounting team in optimizing the collection timeline for selected invoices, ensuring efficient communication between Finance and Sales
• Carrying out ad‑hoc analyses depending on business needs

Profile

• You are a Master’s‑level student (Business School or University) and enjoy working with data in Excel. You also have an interest in information systems.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have a good command of English, both written and spoken. The working environment is primarily French‑speaking.
• Organised, adaptable, and responsive, you are comfortable handling complex topics under tight deadlines.
• You are reliable, analytical, and enjoy working as part of a team.
