A leading power solutions company based in France is seeking a technical representative for OBC products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in power electronics or automotive engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in switching power supply analysis or R&D. Fluency in both English and French is essential, along with strong customer relationship skills and the ability to travel across Europe. This role involves supporting R&D teams and providing technical guidance to OEMs.
1. Be the technical representative for OBC products and be able to handle the technical questions raised by OEMs.
2. Support R&D team to clarify the requirements with OEMs in RFQ phase and development phase including HW, SW, Functional safety and other requirements.
3. Provide OBC technical support to customers with assistance of the remote team, strong ability to achieve the vehicle test, CAN record analysis, software update, hardware electronic components modification, issue analysis.
4. Familiar with the quality process of OEMs, collaborative management of failure analysis and follow-up of failure issue.
5. Can travel at any time to reach the customer sites in Europe to solve customer production and after-sales quality issues.
6. Good communication sense, develop excellent customer relationship with OEMs as well as a good understanding on specific customer and market needs.
1. Good knowledge of field application of OBC products and the interfaces with vehicle.
2.Good theoretical foundation in analog and digital circuits, familiar with the principle of switching power supply, and have a deep understanding of PFC, various DC-DC conversion topologies, EMI, control circuits, I2C and other lines, and power electronics or electrical engineering knowledge.
3.Knowledge of specifications of various electronic components technical parameters, structure, application, parameters of the test and failure mechanism;specializing in inverters in the power supply, charging piles, UPS, and energy storage industries.
4.Strong logical thinking ability, proficient in the use of commonly used auxiliary analysis tools, such as fishbone diagram, 8D, etc. to analyze issues.
5.Strong customer focus, good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
6.Willingness to travel around Europe and fluency in English and French both spoken and written.
