To face our growth and fast development in Turkey, we need more talents! We're looking for a talented Financial Controller based in Istanbul.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and compliance, supporting both management and operations. You will ensure smooth financial processes while providing accurate insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Take part in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy at month-end
• Support Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies
• Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams
• Ensure timely reporting to local management and group headquarters
• Contribute to process improvements and financial efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 23 years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, or Auditing (Big4 is a plus)
• Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English
