Description du poste

JDRoss are working with a key client who have been established in the renewable Energy sector for over 15 years.

To strengthen and secure this growth, they are looking for an analyst to join their project financing team.

Working closely and actively with the CFO on the following topics:

• Working on financial valuation model: entering the latest financial statements, updating according to market data, etc.
• Preparing short-term and long-term financing: developing business plans, consulting financial partners, coordinating various audits, reviewing legal documentation, organising drawdowns, etc.
• Monitoring financial commitments: drafting information reports, delivering financial covenants, setting up waivers and amendments, etc.
• Participating in the Group’s acquisition operations: drafting investment notes, monitoring due diligence, and various steps from offer to closing.

Your experience:

• Prior experience in project finance in the renewable energy sector
• A degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University with a specialisation in finance, project finance, or infrastructure finance.
• You have a strong interest in financial analysis and/or the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to manage several complex topics simultaneously.
• You are proficient in Excel and office tools.
• Fluent French speaking
