Une entreprise de solutions informatiques recherche un technicien IDC pour effectuer des tâches opérationnelles dans un environnement de centre de données. Le candidat doit avoir au moins un an d'expérience et détenir un diplôme en ingénierie électrique ou HVAC. Les compétences en communication et la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais sont essentielles. Ce poste est en CDI avec des horaires de 35 heures par semaine, et aucune fréquence de déplacement n'est requise.

Description du poste

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements. Be able to arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with the IT operations incident management guidelines.
2. Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.
3. Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility inspections as per client's requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.
4. Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.
5. Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident.
6. Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.
7. Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes.
8. Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and related attachments.

Educational Background

• Degree Requirement: Full-time associate degree or equivalent and above.
• Major Requirement: Electrical engineering, HVAC, or related fields.

Work Experience

• Industry Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of infrastructure and IDC operations.
• Core Competencies: Communication Skills: Clear and logical expression, polite listening.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, remote teamwork capabilities, and cross-language and cross-region team coordination.
• Management Skills: Proficiency in English communication, multi-team collaboration, meeting organization and discussions, and facility maintenance and repair scheduling.
• Language Skills: French+ English, or French + Chinese.
