Operating at the intersection of digitalisation, microbiology and sustainability, the business delivers automated, data-driven solutions used by leading Food & Beverage manufacturers across Europe and beyond.

As part of continued commercial expansion, we’re seeking a Key Account Manager Europe to take ownership of strategic customer relationships within the Food & Beverage sector.

What’s the role?

This is a senior, consultative sales position focused on building long-term partnerships with key accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical understanding with commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual value.

Working closely with internal technical, operations and leadership teams, you’ll be responsible for growing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities within accounts, and contributing to wider market intelligence and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans for key European Food & Beverage customers

What are we looking for?
  • Degree-level education in engineering, life sciences, business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in key account management or technical sales within industrial water markets
  • Strong understanding of water treatment, purification or monitoring solutions for Food & Beverage
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Commercially astute, confident in negotiation, and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Fluent English essential; French and/or German advantageous
  • Willingness to travel as required across Europe (approx. 20-30%)
