The role involves driving new customer acquisition, managing deal volume, developing strategic sales plans, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 6 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the Personal Care industry. Proficiency in German and English, along with strong interpersonal skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of successful technical sales or outside sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Prior experience in industrial environments, especially in Personal Care, is ideal.
• Willingness to travel in Europe.
