Une entreprise de gestion des déchets recherche un conseiller éco-commercial pour développer l'activité en bio-déchets. Vous serez responsable de la prospection de nouveaux clients et de la gestion du cycle de vente. Vous devez posséder des compétences interpersonnelles, être persuadant et avoir une formation commerciale comme BTS NDRC. Ce poste permet de contribuer à l'économie circulaire tout en offrant un salaire brut payé sur 13 mois et d'autres avantages.

Qualifications

  • Expérience significative dans le secteur commercial est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Développer l'activité commerciale par la prospection de nouveaux clients.
  • Assurer le suivi complet du cycle de vente.
  • Promouvoir l'ensemble des offres de l'entreprise avec rigueur.
  • Gérer les outils commerciaux et ERP pour le suivi des données.
  • Superviser et soutenir le développement des compétences des apprentis.

  • The profile we are looking for

We are looking for an Eco-Commercial Advisor ready to join the company RECYBIO specializing in the management of bio-waste from businesses, communities and households.

Aware of environmental issues, you have a genuine interest in the bio-waste sector and eco-responsible solutions. You You are persuasive, results-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.You enjoy customer contact and know how to build relationships, persuade and support your contacts throughout the sales cycle.

You are comfortable with both oral and written communication and are proficient in IT and digital tools (office software, CRM, email, reporting and quoting tools). You enjoy teamwork and sharing your knowledge by mentoring apprentices.

Having completed a commercial training program such as BTS NDRC, BTS MCO or equivalent, you ideally have significant experience in this field.

  • What will your responsibilities be?
  • Develop business activity by prospecting for new clients at the regional (Grand Est) and national level, while retaining the existing client portfolio.
  • Ensure the full tracking of the sales cycle, from identifying the need to invoicing and payment, in compliance with the company's pricing policy.
  • Promote the company's entire range of offerings (services and distribution) with professionalism and expertise, and to respond to calls for tenders public and private entities, with rigor and efficiency.
  • Manage commercial tools and ERP : data entry, updating and validation of sales data (CRM and tracking spreadsheets)
  • To supervise, support and contribute to the skills development of sales apprentices.

  • Gross salary paid over 13 months, depending on profile
