Description du poste

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Start Date: 8 January 2026

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days
Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions according to internal procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
  • Dutch C2 level (mandatory)
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work in rotational shifts
Contract & Compensation
  • Base Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months)
