Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing is a visionary and a driver, responsible for leading revenue strategy, shaping the resort’s evolving market positioning, and playing a pivotal role in the Rimrock Banff’s rebranding journey. This isn’t just about selling rooms, it’s about redefining how the world experiences our resort as we transform into a lifestyle luxury destination in the Canadian Rockies.
As a key architect of this evolution, you will guide the narrative, influence perception, and ensure our repositioning translates into measurable business results. This role requires a confident, fast-moving leader who combines strategic foresight with bold execution. The role of Director of Sales & Marketing is primarily office-based, with frequent movement throughout the resort and occasional travel to represent Rimrock Banff at regional, national, and international events. The position requires :
Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
