A leading global shipping and logistics company in Mayotte is seeking a Deputy CEO to manage operations and a team of 120 employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maritime sector and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, overseeing performance metrics, and managing stakeholder relationships. Fluency in French and English is required, with a preference for additional languages.

CMA Terminals is a port operator used to develop, design, build, own and operate terminals and dry docks. CMA Terminals welcomes CMA CGM lines but also invites all shipping companies to develop terminals and offer a top quality service.
CMA Terminals Mayotte is an asset of CMA Terminals Holding and is located in Longoni (department of Mayotte).
As Deputy CEO, and jointly with CEO and other heads of department, you will have to manage a team of 120 employees, to monitor activities and to propose solutions when necessary to maintain expected service level to our customers and to achieve budget set up by shareholders.
You will assist the CEO to ensure that management and operational priorities are met in a safe manner and support all projects associated with the terminal operations.
