A global pharmaceutical leader in Lyon seeks a reliable individual for administrative support in a scientific environment. Responsibilities include coordinating on-site operations, managing visitor access, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Ideal candidates should have some lab experience, be customer service-oriented, fluent in French, and available to start immediately. This role is suitable for a junior professional enjoying structured work. A full driving license is required.

Responsabilités

  • Welcoming and escorting visitors and suppliers on-site.
  • Coordinating access and ensuring required documentation is in place.
  • Managing visitor records and associated administrative tasks.
  • Supporting with document control and archiving.
  • Assisting with general coordination of on-site activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.

One of our most exciting clients (global pharma leader) are currently looking for a reliable and organised individual to support on-site operations in a scientific / laboratory environment.

This role is mainly coordination and administrative support, working closely with external visitors and service providers to ensure site procedures are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and escorting visitors and suppliers on-site
  • Coordinating access and ensuring required documentation is in place
  • Managing visitor records and associated administrative tasks
  • Supporting with document control and archiving
  • Assisting with general coordination of on-site activities
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality procedures
Required Profile
  • Some experience or familiarity with a laboratory or technical environment
  • Previous customer service, coordination, or administrative experience
  • Fluent in French
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Available to start immediately
  • Already set up, or willing to set up as a freelancer

This role would suit someone junior or early in their career who is comfortable in an on-site support position and enjoys structured, administrative work.
