Your mission

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (f / m / d) to join our customer service team.

Remuneration : between 2000 and 2200 gross per month

Monday to Friday

35-hour weekly

permanent contract

Your tasks

As part of the Customer Service team you will play a key role in the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. You will be an essential point of contact to help our customers with their shipments made through our LetMeShip platform while ensuring smooth communication between our different departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advice and assistance to customers : You will support our customers in solving their problems related to shipments by providing them with quick and appropriate solutions.
  • Coordination with logistics partners : You collaborate with our partners customer services to ensure the follow-up and smooth running of shipments.
  • Quote management : You will develop and write quotes tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Internal communication : You are responsible for excellent communication between the different departments in order to promote collaborative and efficient work.

What you need to succeed

  • You are a person who is passionate about customer relations and has a strong orientation towards meeting customer needs.
  • You have experience in the B2B approach in general and ideally knowledge of the transport or logistics sector would be a major asset.
  • You know how to argue effectively to convince and reassure your interlocutors.
  • You know how to prioritize the tasks entrusted to you
  • You are comfortable on the phone and writing professional emails.
  • You like to work in collaboration with your colleagues and are able to make quick and appropriate decisions independently.
  • You are proficient in the Mac environment and have a good knowledge of digital tools.
  • A good level of English is an added bonus.
