A renewable energy SaaS company seeks a Customer Operations Manager to support clients in Germany. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing stakeholder interactions, and maintaining high data quality. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS or energy industries, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and German. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Operations Manager, to be the first Operations team member for the German market! You will be in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the new features developed.
The customer operations team is at the core of Streem’s day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager, our sales team, our clients and external stakeholders. The role is a great opportunity to develop Streem in Germany and growing the team.
