This is a fully remote position that offers a permanent contract with a fixed salary plus stock options.

Fully remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive tcreator acquisition and campaign execution to consistently achieve 250,000+ weekly impressions through strategic creator partnerships.

Your key responsbilites :

Source and close creators to drive weekly campaign reach and brand visibility.

Deliver clear briefs and ensure high-quality content through structured feedback.

Manage campaign operations — timelines, deliverables, and payments.

Track and analyze performance to identify top creators and optimize results.

Build lasting creator relationships and convert one-offs into long-term partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in creator or influencer partnerships, ideally in a startup.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset.
