An organized planner, collaborative by nature, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning challenges into smooth workflows. as our Creative Traffic Manager , you will be the heartbeat of our creative team : organizing talent, shaping workflows, and showcasing the value of great ideas. You’re not just reactive; you anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and bring a calm, can-do energy to your team.

This role will start either as a freelance collaboration or a part-time fixed-term contract (CDD), with the intention to evolve into a full-time permanent position (CDI). We're in it for the long run, and hope you are too!

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily workflow for the entire creative department, ensuring the qualification of all requests
• Participate in project kick-offs
• Define and optimise the planning of the creative team in real time
• Actively source new freelance creative talents and build a network of professionals across Europe
• Identify the best talent for each project and manage new freelance talent screening (interview, CV and portfolio upload on database) and support their onboarding at egg according to our processes and compliance requirements
• Provide administrative support for engagement with freelancers (NDAs, quotes, invoices)
• Ensure the commercial use of creative resources by supporting correct time tracking, billing, and promoting the value of creative work to clients

Must haves

• Fluency in spoken and written English and French. (No scrambled oeufs at our agency, please!)
• 5 + years’ experience in a relevant role, particularly in an agency
• Proven ability to work with tight deadlines across multiple projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels and functions
• Commercial mindset, positioning egg's creative work as a high-value service

Nice to have

• Experience in events or experiential marketing
• Background in Design or Branding
