A global video platform is seeking a seasoned Creative Production Director to lead its in-house Marketing Creative Production Hub. This hybrid role involves overseeing creative execution across brand campaigns and managing a small internal team. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in creative production, a strong understanding of production logistics, and is fluent in both French and English.

We’re looking for a seasoned Creative Production Director to lead Dailymotion’s in-house Marketing Creative Production Hub and oversee all aspects of creative execution across brand campaigns, product launches, creator activations, and internal brand needs. This hybrid role at the intersection of operations/process and creative craft, perfect for a leader who thrives on turning bold ideas into high-quality, on-brand content at scale.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategy & Execution Hub, interface regularly with our core Design team, and with external partners (agency or freelance). You’ll manage a small internal team (creative, content editor, content specialist) and will play a pivotal role in building studio processes, elevating production standards, and ensuring that all brand outputs reflect the new creative ambition of Dailymotion.
