What's the role?

We are looking for a Controller to join Hilti Finance team.

In this role, you’ll independently drive budget planning and forecasting, ensure cost transparency, and deliver insightful reporting across key marketing initiatives.

You’ll manage investment governance for high-impact projects, while partnering with stakeholders from legal, procurement, global IT, and department heads.

What does the role involve?

• Financial Steering & Controlling – Drive financial steering for Strategic Marketing and Global Strategic Marketing programs.
• Forecasting & Planning – Independently manage budget planning and forecasting processes for Global Strategic Marketing teams.
• Investment Governance – Manage governance for high-impact projects and support contracting and negotiations with stakeholders from legal, procurement, global IT, and department heads.
• Cross-Functional Projects – Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape our global business.
• Continuous Learning & Collaboration – Gain opportunities for professional and personal growth in a dynamic, international setting.

What you need is:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, controlling or business administration
• Experience in similar positions (min. 2-3 years)
• Good finance/business knowledge
• Very strong MS-Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Solid SAP R3 or S/4HANA and SAP-BI knowledge & PowerAutomate is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• High motivation, persistence and drive for success – result oriented personality
