• Expérience de 10+ ans dans la gestion de projets aérospatiaux ou liés à l'espace.
• Connaissance des processus de conformité et de contrôle des exportations.

Project Manager – Strategic Aerospace Programs

Location : Garching (Munich area), Germany

Industry : Aerospace & Deep Tech

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact aerospace projects across Europe. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and international partners in the delivery of next-gen space hardware and innovation programs—working on flagship initiatives that shape the future of satellite and space infrastructure.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, international team in a hands-on, agile environment where your contribution truly matters.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead the full lifecycle of strategic aerospace programs
2. Coordinate international project teams and external stakeholders
3. Navigate regulatory frameworks and funding mechanisms
4. Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards
5. Foster strong collaboration across internal engineering, operations, and client teams

Your Background

1. 10+ years in aerospace or space-related project management
2. Experience managing large EU-funded or international tech projects
3. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
4. Knowledge of compliance and export control processes
5. Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
6. Bonus: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
