Une société de conseil de taille humaine, faisant partie du Groupe IQ-EQ, recherche un consultant en conformité à Paris. Le poste comprend des responsabilités variées, allant de la supervision des obligations réglementaires à la rédaction de documents de conformité. Vous aiderez à assurer que les procédures soient conformes aux exigences réglementaires actuelles et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les autorités réglementaires. Cette opportunité est idéale pour les diplômés en Finance ou Compliance souhaitant débuter leur carrière.

Qualifications

• 0-2 ans d'expérience.
• Maitrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel, écrit et oral.

Responsabilités

• Contribuer aux obligations de supervision sur les délégataires ou fournisseurs de services clients.
• Préparer des rapports réglementaires périodiques et des matériels de formation AML/CFT.
• Réaliser des missions d'audit interne.

Agama Advisors is a human-sized consulting firm, part of Agama Group and IQ-EQ Group, that provides regulatory & compliance assistance, internal control and advisory services to Asset Managers, Investment Funds and Professionals of the Financial Sector in Luxembourg.

Your role

• Contribute to oversight obligations on delegates or clients service providers (initial, periodic or ad hoc due diligence)
• Design or update of the normative documentation or compliance policies for management companies, investment funds and professionals of the financial sector
• Assess ML / TF risks and ensure that policies and procedures in place are in line with latest regulatory requirements and properly implemented
• Prepare periodic regulatory reports (e.g. 'AML Officer' or ‘RC’ report) and AML / CFT training materials
• Prepare investment funds and management companies board meetings materials
• Support in relation with the regulatory authorities
• Carry out internal audit assignments
• Carry out a regulatory watch to be shared internally and with clients
• Contribute to the firm's client acceptance and monitoring process
• Participate in the structuring and administrative tasks of the firm, to make it grow

Qualifications

• Academic or professional background in Finance, Economics, Compliance, Legal and / or Asset Management
• 0-2 years of experience
• Strong attention to details and good organizational skills
• Adapt quickly to new projects and environments
• You must be curious and smart
• Mastering Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Perfect level of French / Professional English (spoken and written)
