Un leader dans l'industrie alimentaire propose un poste de conducteur de ligne au sein d'une usine en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal aura un baccalauréat professionnel en électromécanique et au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des lignes de production complexes. Vous serez responsable de la supervision de la ligne, de la qualité de production et de la gestion de l'équipe, tout en bénéficiant d'opportunités de croissance et d'innovation.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 5 ans en tant qu'opérateur de ligne complexe.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à intégrer des groupes.

Responsabilités

• Surveiller et réagir aux anomalies de la ligne de production.
• Assurer la traçabilité des produits selon les règles établies.
• Diriger le personnel sur la ligne et effectuer des interventions de maintenance de premier niveau.

Job Description: Conducteur de ligne H/F

Our site in Cléry-le-Petit, north of Verdun (55) has about ten lines for dairy product packaging (yogurt, crème fraîche, cheese) and more than 330 employees.

The production team’s mission is to participate in creating our various products while respecting key issues: quality, sustainability, responsibility, and performance.

Start date and duration: As soon as possible - CDD with a view to a CDI

Main Missions:

• Understand the operation of the thermoforming line and the lines ensuring product overwrapping.
• Know the functioning and principles of various peripherals, fruit and aroma dosing, packaging materials, etc.
• Monitor the correct operation of the line and know how to react in case of deviations.
• Master and participate in cleaning the chain and the workshop.
• Ensure product traceability rules are followed by conducting various controls.
• Be capable of handling different positions attached to the chain.
• Lead the personnel on the line and communicate effectively with them.
• Perform first-level maintenance interventions and involve maintenance for different breakdowns.
• Ensure the quality of productions according to the schedule, following control plans, sampling, and instructions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of a professional baccalaureate with a specialization in electromechanics preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a complex line operator role.
• Proficient in using IT tools (Invio, etc.) and extracting necessary information.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a team.
• Leadership skills to manage and supervise a team effectively.
