Operating at the heart of the organization’s growth, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping and driving commercial strategy, performance, and value creation across a pan-European and North American scope.
You will evolve in a high-trust environment, alongside senior leaders and key stakeholders, and act as a central orchestrator of commercial performance, client relationships, and strategic deal-making in complex, matrixed organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, deploy, and continuously refine aclear, aligned commercial strategyin line with Group priorities and long-term energy transition objectives.
- Own and drive the achievement ofrevenue and gross margin targetsacross a multi-country portfolio.
- Take direct responsibility forP&L performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and disciplined value creation.
- Structure and secure arobust international commercial pipeline, covering complex, high-value opportunities.
Strategic Deal-Making & Key Accounts
- Lead and closecomplex, high-impact, and structuring commercial dealswith the most strategic international industrial clients.
- Act as a senior commercial counterpart for C-level stakeholders, building long-term, trusted relationships.
Team Leadership & Performance Enablement
- Lead, drive, and upskill a team of senior Global Account Managersbased across Europe and North America.
Commercial & Business Expertise
- Proven experience managingP&L and gross marginsacrossmulti-million-euro international portfolios.
- Strong track record incommercial strategy design and deploymentwithin complex, matrixed organizations.
- Extensive experience inkey account management and complex solution selling(multi-country, multi-business).
- Solid background inenergy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors(e.g. energy transition, decarbonization, utilities, renewables).
- Low-ego, facilitator-style leadership, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Strong interpersonal skills andC-level credibility.
- Excellent ability tosynthesize and communicate complex topicsclearly and convincingly.
- Results-driven mindset, strong business rigor, and high performance standards.
Experience & Background
- 15–20 years of professional experiencein commercial, business development, or P&L ownership roles.
- Experience working ininternational environmentswith senior stakeholders across geographies.
