A leading aerospace and defense contractor is seeking a Commercial & Contract Manager for their CyberSecurity division in Île-de-France. This role involves managing commercial and contractual aspects, working with government customers, and requires significant experience in legal and commercial fields. Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and autonomy are essential for success. The position offers a fixed-term contract within a dynamic environment.

A fixed term contract (12 Months) has become available within the Commercial organisation at Airbus Defence and Space, Elancourt for the position of Commercial & Contract Manager ("C&C") within CyberSecurity.
The C&C Manager will be responsible for the management of all Commercial and Contractual aspects of allocated bids and contracts across this diverse programme line.
This role will require a candidate who is experienced, self‑motivated and solution orientated with excellent communication skills both internally and externally across a range of stakeholder ; expertise in preparing and executing winning proposals with experience of customer dialogue and negotiation in order to secure new sales and maximise profitability on existing contracts in a dynamic growing market.
The C&C Commercial & Contract Manager of Airbus Defence and Space I CI I Cyber will (i) support the leadership and direction to the Cyber C&C function and (ii) take directly in charge the support & management of bids and contracts.
The role reports to the Head of Commercial & Contracts Defence Digital & Cyber.
The C&C Commercial & Contract Manager will ensure that the interests of Cyber are fulfilled through providing commercial and contractual leadership and expertise throughout the full lifecycle of the bids and contracts.
