A global technology company is seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design of secure and compliant messaging solutions. You will implement Microsoft 365 governance and manage Exchange Server and Online configurations. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in enterprise messaging and must possess hands-on expertise with Exchange technologies as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications in Microsoft technologies are preferred.

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and Online), Exchange Security, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Governance. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure, scalable, and compliant messaging and collaboration solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and deployment of Exchange Server and Exchange Online (EXO) solutions, ensuring seamless hybrid and cloud-native configurations.
• Implement and manage Exchange Security best practices, including threat protection, DLP, encryption, and secure mail flow.
• Define and enforce Microsoft 365 governance policies covering identity, access, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic guidance on M365 administration, including tenant configuration, service health, and license optimization.
• Conduct technical workshops and assessments to evaluate current environments and recommend modernization strategies.
• Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange to EXO, ensuring minimal disruption and strong change management.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT operations teams to align cloud messaging solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) through enablement and training.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and proactively advise clients on new features and improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise messaging and collaboration technologies.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Security, including ATP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and mail flow rules.
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft 365 governance frameworks and compliance controls.
• Experience leading Exchange migrations and hybrid configurations in complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-203, MS-102, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly preferred.
