Your role
What you'll be doing

Corpay is looking to hire a Client Support Apprentice within our Corpay division. This role is part of our PayByPhone business in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

You will handle client operational requests, support technical tasks such as tariff changes, and manage technical projects.

How We Work

This position requires onsite work. We will provide:

  • Workspace in the office and home setup
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Hands-on training
Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

Back Office Configuration
  • Respond to BO configuration requests from the client ops team, including creating and maintaining Vendors, Client Calendars, Locations, Rates, and managing Tariff Changes and promotions.
  • Manage third-party integrations.
Technical Ticket Management
  • Create tickets for development and bug fixing related to Back Office and Rates Systems.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers to prioritize tickets.
Process Documentation
  • Document and update processes in Confluence.
  • Create troubleshooting tools and training materials.
  • Update CRM information.
Technical Projects
  • Support projects like rates migration, new supplier integration.
  • Manage communication with technical suppliers.
Additional Tasks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Attend client meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Essential

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Logical, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of escalation processes.
  • Work well under pressure, good organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Degree holder.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, web technologies.
  • Experience in parking or app-based industries.
  • 1 year in technical projects.
