Overview

As part of its international development, Pic Group is looking for its future Chef(s) for its new international projects. You combine good managerial skills and a positive, motivational attitude, working constructively with management with an open-minded approach. You are a good administrator who can optimize the kitchen’s profitability and manage sales prices, staff and merchandise with finesse. You have thorough knowledge of food products, their storage and use conditions, as well as hygiene rules and safety standards. You communicate with interpersonal skills and assert yourself with a consistently positive attitude with all members of staff. You transmit your know-how with rigor and kindness, uniting colleagues as a point of honor. You are passionate about your work and want to invest in a unique place and become an ambassador for the Group. You are meticulous, rigorous, dynamic, adaptable and responsive in your work. Qualifications
  • Solid experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef, with the ability to manage large volumes while maintaining product quality.
